Abstract

Vocational Rehabilitation facilities have developed in response to a need to provide employment, assessment, training and other rehabilitation services to persons with significant disabilities. And with the advent of the movement to promote employment of person with significant disabilities in the competitive labor market, strong criticism began to appear.Thus the purpose of this study is to the type of the vocational rehabilitation facilities in which vocational rehabilitation facilities are not only an option available to consumers but likely to remain a major element in the employment system. The results of this study can be summarized as follow:First of all, vocational rehabilitation facilities be roughly redivide in two type, －Sheltered workshop facilities (including work activities facilities) which function as sheltered employment and work adjustment training that has a certificated rate of not less than to percent of the not minimum wage.－Regular workshop, which function as sheltered employment, has a certificational rate of not less than no percent of the minium wage.Second, The vocational rehabilitation facilities shall certify the eligibility of Facilities Accreditation Commission,Third, The support system of vocational rehabilitation facilities is improve that in based on the productivity of persons with disabilities and inter-agency,Fourth, have got to handling case management system for to inter-agency with vocational rehabilitation facilities.Finally, have to establish the manual of facilities in order to independently administrate.
